laptop better dun always format ya.it will occur the problem as well. just 1 year already like that..hmm..last time i work with acer, not much laptop have this kind of problem so early.usually need few years..u always put the laptop under hot condition?like under sun, in hot room.. or did u use any anti-virus system?

is the computer shop ask me format it...
and they help me to format...
abt 3 times onli~
i din put my laptop on a hot condition a~
i'm using Anti-Virus~
is that have any problem ??
dunno how to solve it...

actually u not need go computer shop, can just go to Highpoint service center, they are authorized to service any Acer brand pc, laptop and others.
cuz your pc stil got warranty right?how many years it give?

then can go to Highpoint ask for service. as my advice, better dun ask other services, if not many problems out de.. Last time when i in the company, usually under warranty de laptop will straight away change new parts de..but need to see whether is software or hardware problem lo..

if the hardware is broken and it is under warranty, they will. but if the broken is cause by you, then wont. for example, u drop it or u hit it and became broken, this one not consider under warranty.
