1.Furnished
2.rental lower than rm250,if more than,might consider with the conditions
3.male or female housemates OK for me
4.medium size or large room....Depends

i have a room.

But have to ask my roommate whether okay with it or not. If have, rental will be around rm 250. However, since it's under a 1 year contract, you will have to pay for the January one also. send me a pm. Will get back to you.
