(CASE CLOSED)

Ok finally, i found a house which is as describe as below. the location at front of DPS
-for next semester.
-3 single , 1 master
-aircon
-streamxy (optional)
-prefer near dps or villa bus stop
-price around RM1400
-fully furniture
-usable kitchen

additional information: End of this year november we wish can move our stuff to the new house 1st.(In the progress)

but now, another problem, our masterroom friend no more sharing with us. so we have to find some1 or (some2 XD) who willing to share masterroom so that we can rent the house.
The condition to who wish to rent the master room:-
1.must be a guy or 2 guy(not gay ^^).
2.foundation student in years 2009 is preferable.
3.friendly, because we r friendly GANG too
4.masterbed room for RM500. who are sharing RM250 each.
5.chinese is preferable.or know chinese. (so that we communicate easily.sorry non-chinese. )

sorry what so surprised? too cheap or too expensive? ya. if u want stay alone in masterbed room, then u have to pay RM500 per month. if u share the masterbed room with friend, then RM500 divided to 250 so each person pay RM250 per month. any problem? o.0
