I-Fest, International Festival

Hi guys and girls,

I-Fest Event is coming up. Its organised by ISA (International Student Association) and Student Councill with association of University Life on the 12th September at the new Rec. Hall starts from 5pm onward

There will be few games and activities involving dance and skills competition with prices such as delifrance voucher and we'll also be having our first ever International BBQ Showdown where we have different countries and sub-continents such as Africa, Arab, Pakistan, Indonesia and Canadian doing their very own BBQ cook-out for every one to enjoy.

Ticket will be sold at 5rm each starting tomorrow at noon in the cafetaria and will be on the same time everyday next week too. Ticket proceed goes for charity.

Yes we are under student councill but we've work mostly together with University Life.

is the program open to other?
i mean outsider... who is nt a student of curtin

Sorry to say but unfortunately not, this event is only for current curtin student.

any events will be held on the night?

thats it as far as i know, our event is the only one in campus that night

i mean is, any activities will be run in I-fest night?games?eat?

yes, we have few fun games with delifrance voucher on it but i'm not sure what yet. i'll try to get one of our activity comittee to explain here. and food is the bbq from various country.

the food is ****...n performance is not to wat expected as the hall being nicely organized..wonder how come not much dance for local malaysian...juz sumthign like sabahan song...i saw there indian thingy, african thingy, but no chinese, expecting more of the word 'international' tho..

both can describe it...lol...the crowd quite okay okay...then later dat nite..there a fite at the parking lot...sum drama oso..wif shattered glass n guy n gal fite..hehe

i didn't knw d foods like dat.... bt i heard frm my fren she had d biggest steak ever dat nite bt she ain't complaining anything abt d taste... so i assuming it is tasty? not very sure.... i think d programme not reali synchronize i gez... anyway, i had fun dat nite... watching live one on one mini dance battle (street style) at d corner, having fun dancing with frens... one thing is i dun reali like d music played for dat nite... overall d event is sick and i had fun! woot woot!

got fight dat nite? wah... i didn't knw abt it.... until shattered glass? gee... i think mb dey r on high or drunk since sm of d ppl is drinking dat nite...

ya i heard abt that too...and their fight is kind of aggressive...even the car glass is broken..wonder how they fight and going..

i duno anything abt d fight coz i left quite early... after d event end, thn i ciao... bt i did saw sm of thm gather at parking lot n few spot... i jst thm talking onli... hehe!
